The DDB utilizes the Online Application for Certification and Exemption Information System (OACEIS) to process application for such certificates. The streamline procedure for application is in compliance with Republic Act 11032 or Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery Act of 2018.

For 2023, a total of eighty-two (82) Drug Abuse Treatment and Rehabilitation Centers (DATRCs) are reporting to the Treatment and Rehabilitation Admission Information System (TRAIS). Of this, seventy-five (75) are residential, and seven (7) are outpatient.

DAPC 2023: A Message from His Excellency, President Ferdinand Marcos Jr

The Dangerous Drugs Board is honored to present President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. ‘s message, enjoining everyone to actively support and participate in the activities of the 2023 Drug Abuse Prevention and Control Week.

In his message, the President emphasized the crucial role of DDB in pursuing and sustaining the anti-drug campaign of the government, making this call to action especially relevant as the agency celebrates its 51st Anniversary this year.



CHAIRMAN’S CORNER

Police Brigadier General Oscar Fader Valenzuela (Ret) was appointed as the 24th Chairperson of the Dangerous Drugs Board by President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr., on 23 January 2025.

A graduate of the Philippine Military Academy “Marangal” Class of 1974, he handled various positions of responsibility in the Philippine Military, Philippine National Police, and in the civilian government.

Philippine Anti-Illegal Drugs Strategy

The Philippine Anti-Illegal Drugs Strategy (PADS) is a cohesive, comprehensive, and balanced strategy aligned with international and regional frameworks on drug prevention and control.

Board Members

The Dangerous Drugs Board is managed by a Board, a multi-disciplinary body composed of 17 members, three of whom are Permanent, 12 are Ex-Officio and two are Regular Members. The President of the Republic of the Philippines decides from among the three Permanent Members who will hold the position of Chairman with the rank of a Secretary.
